One of the biggest edge that they have is they are powered by <a href="http://www.google.com/">Google</a> search. I have found tons of video tutorials right at my finger tips. The searches are very accurate and useful. Youtube has a very nice looking interface and very useful links to related subjects. Youtube is packed with tons of extra fetures.
